Pork - Roast Beef & Steaks- Chicken - Smoke House - Sausage - Ground Meats - Freezer Beef Steaks & Roast Beef Headon’s is one of the very few (if not the only) Butcher Shoppes in the Midwest that still purchases whole carcass beef. The beef that is selected is from Illinois and Corn fed. Upon receipt, the meat is railed into a special aging cooler and kept there until the Master Butchers are satisfied that they are at the proper peak to sell. All meats are cut by our staff for both retail and freezer.
