You don’t have to travel to Wisconsin to find one of the most famous of Sausage makers.  Lyle and Lance have perfected age old traditions of sausage making.  They have retained the secrets passed down to them and have implemented new technology to produce the finest of sausages available.  Bratwurst is the recognized trademark of Headons.  Long before the Wisconsin sausage invaded the United States, Lyle Headon was experimenting with his recipe of perfection.  Today, Headon’s Bratwurst (and all of it’s flavors) is the benchmark by which all others is judged.
