Lyle Headon has been around since a young lad and has developed a great reputation of quality meats at affordable prices.  He only sells Illinois Corn Fed Beef that most likely came from a farm near you.

He has since turned over his meat operation to his son Lance who is a Master Butcher in his own right. Lance continues to demand only the highest quality meats for his customers, thus carrying on the tradition.

All freezer BEEF/PORK is sold at hanging weight.  The price quoted to you (per pound) includes the meat and services and is weighed before being cut.  You, therefore, ARE paying for the cutting loss, fat, and bones being thrown away.  In most cases, the cutting loss is approximately 30% of the total weight.  Prices do change daily, but you are protected with a price quotation.

Price includes cutting and wrapping; no charge for flash freezing. 
No Tongue, Tail, or Liver included with carcass weight. 
Illinois Sales Tax will be added to all sales totals
